ADV Research and Consultancy (Company No. [NS0277996-U]) ("our", "us" or "we") is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the "Act"), which governs the handling of personal data in commercial transactions. The terms "personal data" and "processing" in this written notice ("Notice") have the same definition as stipulated in the Act.
